Clear cache on the app and reinstall it. Restart the printer, do not connect with your phone, then load the paper to check if it feeds immediately. If yes, connect the printer to a computer and reload the firmware. If it does not feed immediately, follow the tutorial step by step.
After updating the firmware, if the paper still prints out immediately, it may be caused by a hardware issue; contact the seller.
